Biography
David Liquorish was born about 1824 in Hallaton (Census.) He and Mary were married. He and Mary Liquorish were married on 2 April 1863 in Leicester St George. David Liquorish appeared in the census in 1841 in Hallaton, Leicester, shows David aged 16 with his mother Martha 40yrs, brothers Thomas 19, David 16, Skeffington 7 and Jemimah 11. He appeared in the census in 1851 shows him with mother Martha at Hunts Lane, Skeffington 17 years. He appeared in the census in 1861 in Hog Lane, Hallaton as widower lodging with the Baxter family. Martha his mother 62 years is in Hunts Lane head of household on her own. Also in Hog Lane with Mary Liquorish widow 45 years are John W, Eleanor and Alice (Nephew and Nieces to Mary.) He appeared in the census in 1881 Leicester shows him 57 yrs Farm Labourer and his wife 66yrs.
